These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Drive Line Mauritius website at https://drivelinemu.com (the “Website”) and any enquiry, test-drive or finance request you submit through it. By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. About us

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

• provide false, inaccurate or misleading information (including on forms);

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a finance or test-drive request.

4. Vehicle listings & information

We take care to describe vehicles accurately, but listings, specifications, images, mileage and availability are provided for general information and may contain errors or change without notice. Vehicle images may be illustrative. Nothing on the Website is a binding offer to sell; a sale is only concluded by a separate written agreement. Please verify all details with us before purchase.

5. Pricing

Prices are shown in Mauritian Rupees (Rs) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude insurance, registration, road tax and other third-party costs. Prices are indicative and may change; we reserve the right to correct errors and to withdraw a vehicle at any time before a sale is concluded.

6. Finance & the loan calculator

Any finance figures, interest rates, monthly payments and lender comparisons on the Website (including the car-loan calculator) are indicative only, for general guidance, and do not constitute financial advice or an offer of credit. Finance is provided by third-party banks and leasing houses, is subject to their eligibility criteria, terms and approval, and their rates and conditions prevail. Always confirm current figures directly with the relevant lender before relying on them.

7. Test drives

To book a test drive you must hold a valid driving licence and provide the identification we request (including your NIC) so the vehicle can be insured and prepared. You must drive lawfully and responsibly, and you are responsible for traffic offences, fines or damage caused by your wilful or negligent conduct during a test drive, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including the Drive Line Mauritius name, logo, text, graphics and design, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Your submissions

You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.

The Website may link to third-party websites and use third-party services (for example bank finance pages, analytics and anti-spam tools). We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties, and their own terms and policies apply.

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Website, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. The courts of Mauritius have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or your use of the Website, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
